Dual Temp Knobs

Dual heating elements are strategically placed on the top and bottom of Piezano and can be controlled individually. Set them to your desired temperature for an evenly cooked pizza.

Viewing Window

A see-through viewing window lets you keep an eye on your culinary creation as Piezano does its magic. Take a front-row seat to the action as the dough puffs up, the cheese melts, and toppings size to perfection right before your eyes.

Electric Powered

Whenever you want pizza, all you need to do is plug Piezano into the nearest outlet, prep your pie, and bake. Its portable size allows you to move it effortlessly, while sturdy base suction cups prevent unintended sliding.

  • Plug in Piezano and turn both knobs to 800°F. Preheat until ready.
  • Prepare your pizza on the included peels. Place pizza on the hot stone.
  • Close the lid and bake for 4-6 minutes, checking halfway and rotating if needed.
  • When done, turn off the knobs, open the lid with oven mitts, and use the peels to remove your pizza.
  • Allow the oven to cool fully, then use the scraper to clean the stone.
